The bed sheet was dirty the door locks we're not working. They gave us rooms in basement and said they mention in the site that all standard rooms will be in basement which is nowhere mentioned. I booked this hotel for the brand name but the experience was not satisfactory.

We reached there and was allotted to room no super deluxe category , the room was good with all basic amenities excluding room heater. Due to overcast condition with intermittent rain, the temp goes below 3 degree in night on 5th march, so a room heater was needed with an additional charge of , in the next day we went to room no of duplex category and was really spellbound by its scenic beauty.

I will again like to come and stay at hotel sonar bangla 2 minutes distance from glenerays, 3 minutes from keventers. I like their service specially ramesh because of his co operative nature. View from the super deluxe and duplex category at the 5th floor is just awesome. I am fully satisfied to the service provided by the hotel.

Staffs are polite, well behaved and helpful. Food quality of in house restaurant is lovely. The complementary breakfast is good enough with provisions for children also. The only disadvantage is you need to climb high from the main taxi stand which is difficult for children and senior citizens.
Otherwise, it is not so far from the mall area which is in a walkable distance. An ideal property for a family stays otherwise.
