I had no trouble at all! I highly recommend them! Coy sees my very large family. I wholeheartedly disagree with Donald Trump's statement that "America is full, no more room. In , Nevada significantly expanded voting rights and accessibility to voting locations. What additional measures, if any, are needed to improve the efficiency, accessibility, and integrity of elections? As the pandemic reinforces, we need to have automatic voter registration, mail-in voting and public financing as electoral policies.
What are your positions on legislation to address gun violence prevention? Given the recent Court decision regarding ammo sales in California as well as the current Supremes holding that there is a right to a gun in the home, I don't see much that can be directly done that will not engender court challenges other than closing loopholes. I would suggest a law which requires appropriate gun safety training for all firearms purchasers as well as for other adults residing in the same domicile.
I would support legislation requiring trigger locks on guns in residences when not in use. What are your views on regulating marijuana within the state of Nevada? As one of Nevada's original medical cannabis activists, I started fighting for our Constitutional rights under Article 4, Section 38 of the Nevada Constitution in Over the years, I testified before multiple legislatures, commissions, boards and other bodies, and helped to found almost half a dozen non-profits in the medical cannabis space, and have owned dispensaries in Nevada and Colorado, so I believe that I have broad experience in this area.
The implementation of dispensary licenses in is not what I and others fought so hard for over many years. The many middle-class entrepreneurs who continually expressed desires to get involved in this new industry were largely rebuffed. As a result of people who were greedy and knew little about the business, many of these licenses changed hands quickly to ever larger corporate investment groups.
Our Nevada citizens were by and large left out of this new green rush. Next session, it is almost certain that the legislature will take up the issue of lounges for onsite consumption of pot products. If elected, I would fight to enact legislation which would on a point system award licenses. Extra points in the grading system would be awarded to veterans, women, people of color.
To ensure both diversity and a greater spreading of the wealth, I would not permit current cultivation, production, or dispensary licensees to also obtain retail lounge licenses. Furthermore, given that both the state and seller policies as well as the American proclivity to buy in bulk, I would remove the criminal possession penalties for greater than one ounce of usable marijuana, and eliminate the disparities for home cultivation.
Nevada has one of the largest shares of public land of any state in the country, providing access for a variety of recreational and commercial uses.
How would you address the issues related to public lands and their continued future uses? I would use surveys of land in Nevada to find our best remaining mineral deposits and lobby the federal government to turn them over to the state.
Regarding recreational uses, Nevada has a vast amount of public land, but much of it likely doesn't see more than a few people per year. We need to protect public lands for use in areas that a sufficient amount of the public are utilizing, but also not shy away from using the natural resources of Nevada's wealth for Nevadans' health, by changing the mining tax and ensuring that our shared wealth is not squandered for the benefit of billionaires and multi-billion dollar corporations.
Nevada is experiencing a more than a decade long drought. Climate change is an issue larger than one state, or one country can handle, hence the Paris accords.
Here in Nevada, we can help by encouraging expansion of solar and wind power sources, as well as distributed generation and storage through my Solar Homesteading concept to reduce the need for future fossil fuel plants. Estimated Lot Size and Appraisal Information. Estimated Size.

Attorney Bogden. Prosecution of individuals, who operate commercial enterprises that unlawfully market and sell marijuana in violation of both federal and state law, will continue to be a focus of our enforcement efforts.
Nothing in the Nevada Medical Marijuana Act permits the establishment of such commercial enterprises in Nevada. Yet, drug intelligence information indicates there are currently 45 to 60 of these marijuana trafficking enterprises operating unlawfully in the Las Vegas Valley alone.
