They also take their safety very seriously, which is nice. They pay very competitively and their benefits are awesome. That being said, once you get into this large company you become just an employee number. Your personal life and personal responsibilities are not held to as high of regard as their jobs are.

So flexibility is not one if their highlights. Also, some of their foreman have big egos and even bigger mouths, which can make working with certain egotistical foreman quite difficult. Turnover at this company is a never ending thing, and when they can actually find anyone that wants to work here they only hire the bottom of the barrel workers who miss dozens of days of work, meaning the decent workers get to pick up the slack.
