Share your experience Let job seekers know what it's like to work at your company. Lots of work to do. Plenty of small and large jobs all around Dallas and beyond. The pay is fair and plenty of over time. The bosses are fair minded people and easy to work for. They always work with their employee schedule!

Like they understand everybody has problems so they always worked with me on my schedule on working! For example when my car ended up having problems so I wouldn't be able to go to work they didn't rush they let me take my time I needed to fix my car and I always had a job going back! Large company with many projects. Some supervisors are hit-or-miss, but overall the focus of the company is work.

The only real issues I found myself running in to were peers uninterested in work. This is just something that you run in to in a field as starved for hands as construction is. Assist electricians with wires and other equipment to wire the new baseball stadium. I learned some electrical safety and other procedures to perform my job.

Big jobs were fun to work on and the types of jobs were good experiences as well. Learned a lot at the jobs I was required to perform. I liked working for jmeg. Pros Hour lunch. Cons Slow time. Not good on any of them. They are one of the worss company's ever. I was a helper then i was doing jurnamans gobs and was having me do the work by my self. Pros Good. Manager of a staff of three. Productive and educational work place. Very much enjoyed working for this company. Learned a lot and was presented with help at every obstacle and given the chance for gainful employment. The company was really my best job opportunity. Muy bien, ambiente laboral adecuado, muy profecional el personal.

Really great company to work for they are really carrying for their workers. I enjoyed working there they have good people that work there and it is a great way to learn, you can learn so much.

Your day begins by signing in, then you'll get sent or assigned to work with someone. Then you go get all your tools and start your work. Was a real learning experience ,working on robots and assembly line at Toyota plant, also working with volt cable and raceway, and given the opportunity to supervise a large group of employees to finish work on schedule and within budget.

Good company , not much advancing but all in all good company. Paid holidays and vacation. Lots of people to learn from and lots of over time if that's what your looking for.

Good luck. Pros job stability as long as you work and are on time every day, you can almost always find overtime if you ask around, Great for apprentices. Cons low pay.

Good people, good job. I recommend this company to my son when he graduated from high school. Good company to work with. Large enough to be able to make a bid on any project but still have a family environment. Interaction between the management and field was always a casual experience. I consider them to be friends even though I have not worked with them for 14 years.

Pros Good people, reliable employment. Cons Little bit of the, good old boy, syndrome. It is the cowboy type that is the most likely to be supervisor. Pros Company cook outs. Cons Short breaks, health care. Very productive and relaxed workplace. At the same time though you actually feel like you are part of something bigger. Lots of work to do. Plenty of small and large jobs all around Dallas and beyond. The pay is fair and plenty of over time. The bosses are fair minded people and easy to work for.

And the have me start on something then take me off and the try to say i was lak of product tevty. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Pros Good. Manager of a staff of three. AIA billing monthly with releases with heavy deadlines. Created new way of tracking cost of projects. Pros Very busy. Cons Lack of communication. The management I worked under was incompetent, condescending and loved to find miniscule reasons to verbally berate and harass their employees.

This harassment lead to many workers taking short cuts and making decisions that required management approval with the hopes that management wouldn't notice. Asking simple questions, such as clarifying where homeruns and junction box placements should go when the blue prints were unclear became condescending lectures with confusing instruction that could best be described as double talk.

Also certain safety requirements are not being followed, leading to health issues by workers. Certain sites regularly violate OSHA safety requirements and too often concerns are met with statements such as "you're replaceable you know" or "there's no shortage of electricians" This company needs a major overhaul of its management structure starting with the sites that have the most safety violations. Cons safety violations, labor law violations, incompentent management.
