It instills pride when you read about some of the social impact work that is done; there is always action to back up words. Where they miss the mark sometimes is retaining great people due to vehemently adhering to outdated policies, a somewhat broken feedback system, and not taking the opportunity to review unique situations. Every so often there is just a "WTF" moment, but luckily these do not outnumber the good times.
